Karen Stevens brings to Aurenda a wealth of experience, with an emphasis on office administration and customer service.

Prior to joining Aurenda, Karen was employed at a major department store for more than 10 years in a diverse range of roles including training, complaints management and corporate services. This gave her a valuable grounding in the importance of customer focus, as well as the administrative systems of a large organisation.

In addition, she has been the principal of a boutique graphic design studio and operated her own administrative support business for three years. This exposed her to the responsibilities of being a business proprietor and gave her an insight into a broad array of different client businesses.

Karen’s excellent office administration skills and attention to detail equip her for her current role as a service provider for clients in claims processing, compliance and management, as well as coordinating medical appointments, return to work programmes and injury management training.

Married with three sons, home life is a little hectic with the usual comings and goings of family life. With a houseful of artists and musicians, the arts are a very big priority in her life as well as a passion for ancient history, movies and spending time with family and friends.
