After 10 years in a multinational transport company, working in the areas of safety, quality assurance and workers’ compensation, Norma joined Debbie and has been a senior member of the Aurenda team for nearly 10 years.
Norma has worked in both multinational and smaller companies, giving her the opportunity to work with complex and simple systems and enabling her to see the positives and negatives of each. Norma’s broad-based safety and auditing skills are the result of her active involvement in the development and implementation of safety systems across a variety of industries.
Norma has held national roles enabling her to gain management skills and an understanding of how important good communications skills are. With excellent personal communication and auditing skills, Norma is competent at gap analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Outside of Aurenda, Norma and husband Jeff are vintage car enthusiasts who currently have a 1950 Riley Drop-Head Coupe and are members of the Riley Car Club.
In an effort to keep reasonably fit, Norma cycles regularly and was a part of the team of riders who raised over $100,000 for Nulsen Haven Association a few years ago.
